| The tenders will be opened in presence
of the tenderers/ their authorized representatives on scheduled day (next
working day at scheduled time if holiday is declared) in the office of the
Executive Engineer. The detailed specifications are given in prescribed
tender form. The tender forms will be available on sale on any working day
between 1000 hrs. to 1700 hrs. on submission of a written application to
the Executive Engineer and upon nonrefundable payment of the cost of the
tender document. The tenderers will have to deposit required amount of earnest
money. The tenders without earnest money or the conditional tenders will
not be entertained. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or
all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

TENDER
Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed &
registered firms for construction of Squash Court (building & infrastructure)
in this Vidyalaya for an estimate amount of Rupee Forty Lakhs. Earnest
Money: 2% i.e. Eighty thousand only. Tenders forms along with drawing,
specification etc. will be available on payment of 1000/- in cash from
office of the Vidyalaya from 10 Hrs. to 13 Hrs. on all working days upto
26-12-2003.
The last date of receiving opening of tenders
is 27-12-2003.
