Padamshree Dr.Gopal Das Neeraj Awarded
The famous Lyricist, Padamshree Dr.Gopal Das Neeraj has been awarded during
the Akhil Bhartiya Kavi Sammelan, organized by Rashtriya Jagrati Manch
on 9th of Oct. A momentum was presented by the Mayor Sunil Sood, President
of NITTTR Dr. Mahendra Singh Chauhan, Chairman of Rashtriya Jagriti Manch,
Ashok Pandey, BJP District Surendera Nath Singh to Dr. Neeraj. On the
occasion were present, Mukesh Darpan, Satya Narayan Sattan, Rajendra Sharma,
Neelam Kashyap, Khushbu Sharma, Vedvrat Vajpayee Lucknow and Kavita Kiran.
V.K. Khanna to be the new Managing Director of PNB Housing
PNB Housing has appointed V.K. Khanna as the new Managing Director. He has succeeded K.G. Satyasinghan. It is to be mentioned that Shri Satyasinghan has devoted 30 years of his services to PNB Housing. The new M.D., Mr. Khanna during the year 1976, started as a management trainee.
Cricket Commentator J.P.Narayan - no more among us
Famous International Cricket Commentator & the General manager J.P.Narayan is no more between us.Mr.Narayan was admitted in ICU, of Kasturba Hospital.He was 85 years old.Mr.Narayan, started his career as a cricket commentator, around 30 years back.& had contributed his voice to the commentary for more than 100 National & International matches.He was suffering from severe liver problem from the last 4-5 months.After completing his engineering from MANIT,he started his career in BHEL as an engineer.
Central minister Suresh Pachauri,Sports minister Omprakash Dhurve, Mayor, Sunil sood, have expressed their condolence over Shri Narayan's death.
